Fictional stories with consent
Use AI Zombie only for lawful, fictional, non-graphic stories involving consenting adults. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and covers photos, requests, generated videos and their use. Clearly disclose that a shared video is AI-generated fiction when viewers could mistake it for a real event.
Content we prohibit
- Pornography and NSFW: nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic content.
- Violence and gore: violent attacks, threats, torture, graphic injuries, blood, dismemberment or glorification of violence. The zombie theme permits only a non-graphic fictional transformation and reunion, with no attacks or injury.
- Hate: hateful slurs, dehumanization, discrimination or incitement against people based on protected characteristics, and promotion of extremist violence.
- Unsafe child content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, grooming, exploitation or abuse of anyone under 18, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Children’s photos must not be uploaded to this adults-only service.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, fraud, identity theft, fake endorsements or false claims that someone did or said something. Consent to an image does not authorize deception.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: use of protected images, characters, logos or other material without the necessary rights, or misleading claims of brand affiliation.
Harassment, doxxing, privacy violations, unlawful activity and attempts to bypass safety checks or account restrictions are also prohibited.
Content moderation
Generation requests use the model service’s automated safety checks. A request may be rejected or fail if a check flags content. These checks have limits and do not guarantee that every violation is detected. We also review content concerns reported through support and may inspect the relevant task and content when needed to investigate a report. We do not claim that every upload or video is reviewed by a person before generation.
How to report content
Report a concern to support@aizombievideo.net. Include the video or task ID, a link if available, the rule you believe was violated and a brief explanation. Rights holders should identify the work or trademark and provide information showing their authority to report it. Do not email intimate images, CSAM, face photos or payment details; describe the concern and identify the task instead.
What happens after a report
We assess the report, may request clarification and decide whether to reject a task, restrict access, remove content, warn the user, suspend access or terminate an account. Serious or repeated abuse can result in immediate restrictions. We preserve or disclose information to competent authorities when legally required, including for child exploitation. Applicable consumer and refund rights remain in effect.
Requesting a review
If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact the same support address with your account email, task ID and reasons for review. We consider relevant context and permissions. A review does not guarantee reinstatement or authorize a new prohibited request.
