What we collect and why

We use your account identity and email to sign you in, your uploaded photos to prepare the story you request, and your order and task records to deliver the service and handle support. We do not collect card numbers or security codes. Those are handled by the hosted payment provider.

Your photos and videos are private

We do not publish your uploads, use them as marketing examples, or use them to train our own models. Authorized processing providers may receive the information needed to fulfil a request. Provider-side retention and data-use practices may differ from ours. Our deletion schedule does not promise immediate deletion from every provider’s systems.

AI processing

Your reference photos and the story instructions are processed by our AI service providers to create your requested video and apply safety checks. Do not upload sensitive information unrelated to the story. See our AIGC Use Policyfor content rules and reporting.

How long files stay available

Unsubmitted drafts expire after 24 hours. Source photos are removed from our active storage within 24 hours after a task ends. Completed videos are stored for 30 days, unless you delete them first. Download any video you wish to keep before it expires. We retain the minimum transaction and support records needed for unresolved payments, refunds and applicable obligations.

Sign-in, payments and essential cookies

Google sign-in is optional. Email sign-in uses a short-lived code. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Pancake by Waffo processes hosted payments and payment-related information when checkout is enabled. We send the minimum account reference and order information needed to attribute your purchase.

Analytics and service providers

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect email sign-in from automated requests. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check. Our email delivery service processes your email address and the short-lived sign-in code to deliver the verification message. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and how people use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as browser and device details and approximate location. Plausible provides aggregate statistics without analytics cookies. We do not add uploaded photos, email addresses, video files or payment credentials to analytics events. We do not enable Google advertising personalization.

You can manage or block cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and Plausible’s data policy.

Your choices

You can delete completed videos in My videos and request account deletion in your account. Active generation must finish before an account deletion request can proceed. Account deletion ends sessions and schedules media cleanup. Information required for unresolved payments or legal obligations may remain restricted rather than immediately erased.

Operator and contact

The service is operated by an independent developer. Privacy requests and concerns can be directed through our contact page. We update this policy if our providers, processing locations or data practices change.
