A confirmed failure automatically returns one video to your balance. This is a video credit return, not a cash refund. A delayed task is checked before it is marked as failed, so you do not need to submit it again.
Can I create another version?
Yes. Each new version uses one video from your balance, and you confirm this before it starts. Replaying, refreshing or downloading an existing video never uses another credit.
How long are my photos and videos kept?
Unsubmitted drafts expire after 24 hours. Source photos are removed from our active storage within 24 hours of a task ending. Finished videos are available for 30 days unless deleted sooner. Download your video before its expiry date.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if the entire pack is unused and no task is in progress. Statutory rights and payment-provider requirements take priority. See our Refund Policy for details.
