Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old. Both people shown in uploaded photos must be adults, and you must have permission to use each image for this purpose. Complete any additional portrait authorization required before generation. A checkbox alone does not replace that authorization.

Permitted use

Create fictional, non-graphic stories using images you are entitled to use. Do not use this service for impersonation, harassment, deceptive claims, non-consensual sexual material, illegal content, or harm to another person. Do not upload someone’s photograph without their permission.

Our AIGC Use Policy is part of these Terms. It prohibits pornography and NSFW content, violence and gore, hate, child sexual abuse material and other unsafe child content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. These rules apply to uploads, generation requests and generated videos.

Your story and its limits

The story follows one fixed two-person narrative. Each generated video is 15 seconds, 9:16 or 16:9 MP4 with sound. AI may change facial details, clothing, timing or motion; exact likeness and identical results are not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and responsibility

AI outputs can contain errors, unexpected changes, bias or unsuitable details. We do not promise a particular visual effect, exact likeness, accuracy, originality or suitability for a specific purpose. Review every video before using or sharing it, and do not present a fictional AI scene as evidence of a real event.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Availability and generation times can vary. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by your unlawful use or reliance on an unreviewed output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies or the rights in our Refund Policy.

Purchases and video credits

Packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. One video credit is used for each successfully delivered video. We reserve one credit when generation starts and return it if generation is confirmed to have failed. Purchased credits have no monthly reset or default expiry. File retention is separate: finished videos are available for 30 days.

Creating another version

Generating a new version uses another video credit. Replaying or downloading the same existing video does not. Serious identity problems may be submitted for review using the task ID. We do not promise unlimited remakes.

Refunds and your rights

See our Refund Policy for unused purchases, failed tasks and cash refunds. Applicable statutory rights and payment-provider requirements take priority over our voluntary policy. Ordinary photo permission does not waive those rights.

Violations, suspension and termination

You are responsible for having the necessary permissions and for complying with these Terms and applicable law. A violation may result in a warning, refusal of a request, removal or restriction of content, temporary suspension or termination of your account. Severe abuse, child exploitation, fraud or repeated violations may lead to immediate restrictions and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Attempts to evade restrictions are prohibited.

We assess reports and the severity of the conduct before deciding on appropriate action. Where lawful and safe, we explain the reason and allow you to request a review through our contact channel. You remain responsible for harm caused by your own unlawful conduct to the extent required by law. Suspension does not remove statutory refund rights or resolve an outstanding payment dispute. These Terms apply while you use the service; you may stop using it and request account deletion through My account.
